Charles Westly Nicholson

CHARLES WESTLY NICHOLSON (1886-1965)

Landscape Painter. Born in Indiana on June 25, 1886. A veteran of WWI, Nicholson settled in Los Angeles in 1925. While working as a freelance commercial artist, he painted fine art in his leisure. His works include coastal scenes of the Monterey Peninsula and desert landscapes of Southern California.
