  • Tulips for the Spring!!!

    Our tulips came back from last year and they were multiplied!

    However, some but not all of our apricot buds were zapped by the freezing temperature that occured two nights in a row about a week ago.  I may get to taste Santa Fe apricots first time since I have been here five years!

Charles Westly Nicholson

CHARLES WESTLY NICHOLSON (1886-1965)

Landscape Painter. Born in Indiana on June 25, 1886. A veteran of WWI, Nicholson settled in Los Angeles in 1925. While working as a freelance commercial artist, he painted fine art in his leisure. His works include coastal scenes of the Monterey Peninsula and desert landscapes of Southern California.
